Miami Root Canal Specialists accepts payment from all PPO dental insurance plans and is in-network with the majority of PPO insurance carriers. The list is always being updated, so we recommend that you contact us to verify our status with your specific plan.
If we are not in-network with your insurance company, it does NOT mean you are ineligible for insurance benefits in our office. Unlike medical insurance, most dental insurance plans provide compensation for treatment provided at out-of-network offices.
If you have insurance benefits and are scheduling an appointment with us for evaluation, we invite you to provide your insurance information in advance. Our team will attempt to contact your insurance carrier to determine your estimated benefits and coverage prior to your arrival. Please keep in mind that we can only obtain estimates of coverage from insurance carriers and these estimates are never a guarantee of payment. You are ultimately responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
For your convenience, we will process your dental claim on your behalf and ensure that you maximize your reimbursement.
